Mother love make the man, but in Vic Dakin's case, she made a monster. Among the many secrets the psychopathic gang boss harbours is his sexuality. Secrecy is the key to survival in his world, especially now that he's planning a major heist, and is using his personal knowledge of the kinky practices of various members of the government to further his plot. His Nemesis Inspector Matthews, is getting closer, especially if he can get Vic's ex-associate Frank, to betray his boss.
