After a drawing of a beautiful young woman is unearthed from the wreck of the Titanic, an elderly woman comes forward to tell a story. In 1912, socialite Rose DeWitt Bukater was travelling to New York City when she fell in love with a lowly stowaway, Jack Dawson. Their forbidden romance was rudely interrupted when the famously unsinkable ship hit an iceberg and began to sink.
