Utopia means the perfect place, heaven on earth, and these guys truly believe that they live there. Boy, have they got it wrong. In a user-pays world, it doesn't take long for the wealthy to guarantee their longevity by having themselves cloned in order to access replacement organs when they're needed. So much more efficient than waiting for some poor soul to die. Their surrogate bodies, the clones, are kept safe from disease on a remote island, but if you're going to take someone's vital organs, they're not going to live very long are they. What happens when the clones find out?
