When he was a child, the man now known as Snake Eyes, was a fugitive alongside his father, from the dark forces, but eventually his father was murdered, leaving the boy to fend for himself. Two decades later, Yakuza leader, Kenta Takamura finally catches up with him, and offers to help him avenge his father if he agrees to become a member of the Yakuza. It is through the Yakuza that the man discovers his true calling as leader of the ancient ninja society, the Arashikage clan. But a darker story lurks behind his new life, a story of bluff and double-bluff and the ultimate betrayal.
