Lola is about to find out exactly how the best laid plans of mice and men can go badly wrong if fate takes a hand. In a desperate attempt to save her boyfriend's life, Lola has twenty minutes to find one hundred thousand Deutsch marks. The movie examines three different scenarios whereby Lola can find the cash and the outcome of each story. Doesn't look good for the boyfriend really.
