Colchester Zoo is closed because of the pandemic and most staff have been furloughed. We meet passionate Zoo Curator Sarah as she leads a handful of busy keepers caring for thousands of animals. When the government drops the surprise news that zoos can reopen, Sarah must race to get the gates open. When joyous visitors return, life can get back to normal - sort of!
