Runaway genius Jarod pretends to be an archaeologist in order to find out more about his family. He travels to an isolated island in Scotland, closely followed by Miss Parker of The Agency. However, instead of finding out information about his mother, Jarod becomes caught up in a strange ancient mystery. Based on the TV series 'The Pretender', which ran from 1996 to 2000.
