Movie: The Long, The Short And The Tall (1961)
A specialist force is stationed in an old hut in the middle of the Burmese jungle where they are effectively outside the range of communication. Coupled with the fact that their commanding officer is a buffoon, the stage is already set for disaster when a Japanese soldier blunders into their clutches. Unable to agree as to what to do with him, tensions within the group increase. Starring the acting cream of their generation: Laurence Harvey, Richard Harris and Australia's own John Meillon.
