Deep in the Lapland wilderness during the final days of World War II, a solitary prospector strikes gold and sets out on a perilous journey to cash in his find. When a retreating Nazi unit attempts to steal his fortune, they discover they have targeted a man of extraordinary resilience. What follows is a brutal, darkly entertaining battle of survival, revenge and determination against impossible odds.
