After his wife, Laura, is brutally raped, Will Gerard, a mild-mannered school teacher, is approached by a man named Simon with an offer. Simon says he's part of a group that takes care of justice when the system fails to do so and he offers to have the rapist pay for what he's done to Laura... if Will will do a favour for the group at a later date.
