Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (2004)
Gordon Ramsay knows his craft, he has exacting standards, and he's not backward in telling you exactly what he thinks. Heaven help you if it's your restaurant he's come to "rescue" because he will spare nothing in his criticism. And just who does he think he is? Well, a rather famous, multiple Michelin-star-winning chef, that's who. And he could save your floundering business from going under.

REPEAT
Tim, the head chef at Bonaparte's in Silsden, West Yorkshire, is just 21 years old and as far as Gordon Ramsay is concerned, he's delusional. Does he really think his woeful cooking qualifies as fine dining? Ramsay thinks the restaurant is a lawsuit waiting to happen, the food is that badly prepared. A few egos need puncturing before some poor soul gets salmonella and he's only too happy to oblige. Perversely, this episode of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares did result in a lawsuit, but not for the restaurant, for a journalist who accused the top chef of staging scenes and deliberately exaggerating the restaurant's health hazards. Ramsay won, of course, and was awarded 75,000 quid in damages. All in a day's work.
