Following in the footsteps of "Kitchen Nightmares", British chef Gordon Ramsay embarks on a new mission - he and his team travel across America, inspecting hotels that need a hand. Uncovering everything from moldy bathrooms to rotten room service, Ramsay puts owners and employees to the test. Is there hope for these accommodations or will they stay in Hotel Hell?

Perhaps though, this was the wrong one, because he's up to his neck in hock and there is no more money forthcoming. It doesn't take Gordon long to sus out where the real problem lies - grotty surroundings and a recalcitrant ghost called Alice. Ah what to do, what to do? Well first, give Alice her marching orders...
