He's there to help animals, and his first stop is an elephant sanctuary south of Delhi. He meets Lakshmi - an obese elephant. She's too heavy to walk to the river, so Paul's job is to give her a shower, which he does, soaking everyone in the process.

One-year-old Ultee has an injured foot, and Paul helps distract her while it get treated. 6-month-old Burhi needs to be rubbed in coconut oil - it helps prepare her skin for winter.
