Marcus Wareing steps back from his hectic schedule and embraces a slower pace of life on his Sussex smallholding. With the help of some of the UK's very best farmers, gardeners and producers, he sets out to expand his range of produce and bring in a range of new livestock that will provide him with meat, milk and eggs.
