The transformation is for Salford born identical twins Rita and Betty Mills (87). The twins have lived together in Salford for all of their lives, and since surviving some of the worst WWII bombings this country has seen, as lifelong parishioners of Salford Cathedral, they have never wavered in devoting their lives to helping others.
