Well-travelled chef James Martin gets underneath the skin of a country he hardly knows, but is excited to explore, Spain discovering the history and culture of the country's diverse regions through food. It's a road trip like no other, stopping at 20 destinations travelling anti clockwise from San Sebastian to Girona through the ever-changing landscapes to search out key ingredients and traditional recipes that make Spain one of the most exciting countries in the world for gastronomy.
