In 2019, the Hong Kong government proposes a law allowing suspects to be extradited to China. The bill sparked a wave of anger across the city as people feared Hong Kong's autonomy from mainland China was under threat. Using groundbreaking artificial intelligence to protect the identities of the protesters, this film tells the story of four young Hongkongers who join mass protests across the city and feel increasingly disillusioned by the government's response.

As the police response turns deadly, the protesters responded with violence of their own.
