When contemptuous (and contemptible) weatherman, Phil, discovers one day that everything is exactly identical to the day before, he couldn't be more distressed. He is on his least favourite assignment, in a town he despises and amongst happy, small town folk he loathes. But something curious happens to Phil as he realises he has a never ending opportunity to get the day right....he becomes caring, unselfish and actually liked by other people. Unheard of.
