Costa Concordia: Why She Sank

Costa Concordia: Why She Sank (2021)

The Costa Concordia was one of the biggest and most luxurious cruise ships ever built. With more than 4,000 passengers and crew on board, it was the length of almost three football pitches, but on Friday 13th January 2012, just hours after leaving port, disaster struck. Survivors describe screaming and scenes of chaos, as they talk us through their terrifying ordeal minute-by-minute. The giant ship lists one way, and then the other. They talk of a 'silent acknowledgement that we were all going to die.'
