It's backflips and bellyflops galore when local celebrities show their form by diving headfirst off a great height into the water, having first undergone a six-week period of intensive training. Celebrities include Brynne Edelsten, Demi Harman, Josh Thomas, Leisel Jones, Denise Drysdale, Koby Abberton, Paul Fenech, Adam Richard and Tamsyn Lewis. Matthew Mitcham, Greg Louganis and Alisa Camplin will be judging. Hosted by Kylie Gillies and Larry Emdur.
