Even in their first incarnation over half a century ago, the Thunderbird concept was just a little outside the box - well actually, there was no box. And yet the strangely expressive crime-busting, disaster-fighting marionettes were able to build quite a following. They're back and they've changed, but not too much. And although they're C21st-ready and rip-roaring to go, the spirit of the original still shines through.
