It's a dubious honour for a car-proud person, for his car to be eligible for this program. Because if it isn't already a wreck, it doesn't qualify. Five cars and their hapless owners (or should that be the other way around?) engage in four rounds of competitions which should be the final straw for these old bombs. But the one, which against all the odds, is still viable at the end of this vehicular violence, is awarded ten grand and the chance to compete for the Ultimate Last Car Standing, which offers a fifty thousand dollar restoration.
