Outraged by the amount of fresh food that is binned in Britain, Robin Aitken and David Cairns are running a new charity that aims to change the food habits of a nation. The idea is simple, taking produce due to be thrown out by the supermarkets and diverting it to people who need fresh food the most, but they need to work hard to make their model work.
