Chance is your everyday gay, Aboriginal, music-theatre-wannabe, office worker, who happens to also be hopelessly in love. Unfortunately for Chance, the subject of his affection happens to be his best friend Jeff, who is also straight. After declaring his love only to find out that it is not reciprocated, he begins a heartbroken musical journey in the cabaret bar known as Belters. Chance is left with a bundle of questions, will Jeff and he reconcile their friendship? Will music heal his broken heart?
